The 2021 Student expo will be held at the TGS Headquarters in Houston, TX on September 13th and 14th. TGS will be donating their facility and services to help in the successful planning and execution of the event.

Student Pre-Registration will open June 1st! Must be a current student OR have recently graduated within the last 2 years.
Resume and abstract submission deadline is August 28th, 2026. Registrants can submit updated resumes and abstracts until August 28th. Check our FAQs for more details.
Resumes and abstracts will be available to recruiters immediately upon submission and registration.
The Houston Geological Society Student Expo Committee is dedicated to the safety of its sponsors and participants. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event,

Exhibition Structure
Day 1: Each student attendee will have 2 hours to visit the recruiter exhibition. Student attendees must exit the exhibition hall after their allotted time.
Day 2: Exhibition will be from 8am-12pm. This session is open to all Exhibit Ticket holders.
*Please arrive 30 minutes early to check-in for the Day 1 Exhibition.
**Companies: Breakfast, lunch, coffee, water provided
